The mobile network operators have restored 3G and 4G internet services in Rohingya camp areas of Cox’s Bazar on Friday.
The development came following a directive from Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
Shahed Alam, chief corporate and regulatory officer of Robi Axiata ltd, said 3G and 4G network services were restored in Rohingya camp areas of Cox's Bazar Sadar, Ukhia and Teknaf upazilas at 11:15 am as per instruction from BTRC.”

The BTRC suspended 3G and 4G services in Rohingya camp areas on September 11 last year.
