Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Mohi Uddin Shamim’s virtual bench disposed of the rule and upheld the bail order.
The accused will be on bail until the trial is completed, the court said.
It said Razzak cannot leave the country without the court’s permission. The court can scrap his bail if he is found abusing his bail.
