Salauddin Ahmed, managing director of Grand Palace Hotel and Resorts Limited, came up with the announcement at a press briefing, held at the banquet hall of the resort.
Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen and MP of Sylhet-1 constituency, will present at the inaugural function as chief guest while State Minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russel and Sylhet City Corporation Mayor Ariful Haque Choudhury will attend the programme as special guests.
The hotel has already started its service from January 25. However, the hotel will be inaugurated officially on Tuesday.
A concert will be held at Kushiara Convention Centre around 6 pm on the opening day.
The SA Group of Companies Limited has taken plan to open chain hotels in different divisional cities for flourishing the country’s tourism sector and providing high quality services.
A hotel of the group has already been inaugurated in Rangpur in 2018, said Salauddin Ahmed, managing director of Grand Palace Hotel and Resorts Limited.
