Edotco, a regional integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company, has signed an agreement with Banglalink to provide the next-generation infrastructure to meet Bangladesh's growing connectivity needs.
Edotco Bangladesh Managing Director Ricky Steyn and Banglalink Acting Chief Technology Officer Hasnat Reza Mahbub Alam were present at the signing ceremony.
"This agreement echoes the objective of the towerco industry to construct shared infrastructure towards enabling seamless connectivity," said edotco on February 14.
Focusing on the significance of improved and higher-speed network access for all, Ricky Steyn, said: "Connectivity is at the core of everything we do. It is our pleasure to ink this deal with Banglalink."

Edotco Bangladesh has been providing end-to-end solutions in the tower services sector – from tower leasing, co-locations, build-to-suit, energy management, transmission and operations to maintenance – since 2013.
The telecommunications infrastructure services company now owns and operates over 11,000 telecom towers throughout Bangladesh.
And Edotco operates and manages a regional portfolio of over 31,820 towers across core markets of Malaysia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Laos, Philippines and Pakistan with 20,230 towers directly operated by it and 11,500 managed through a range of services providers.
