Walton launched "Digital Campaign Season-10" across the country to mark "Walton Day" on Saturday on March 20, 2021.
The company announced some special benefits like sure cash vouchers worth crores of taka and free products on the purchase of air conditioners, televisions, washing-machines, and ceiling fans under the campaign.
SM Nazrul Islam, founding chairman of Walton Group, entered the electronics business in 1997.
Walton started delivering made-in-Bangladesh electronics and hi-tech products on March 20 two decades ago.
To mark the inception of Walton's journey, the celebration programme "Walton Day" was organised in the capital.
Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited (WHIL) Managing Director Engineer Golam Murshed inaugurated the programme.
WHIL Additional Managing Director Abul Bashar Howlader, deputy managing directors Nazrul Islam Sarker, Eva Rezwana, Emdadul Haque Sarker, Humayun Kabir and Shoyeb Hossain Nobel, Walton Plaza Trade's Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Rayhan, and WHIL executive directors SM Zahid Hasan, Uday Hakim, Amin Khan and Firoj Alam also joined the programme.
