The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Sunday sent a video message to the media where Rubel and Shoriful had a light-hearted conversation.
The New Zealand series will start on March 20 in Dunedin. The Tigers are now having a week-long practice camp in Queenstown.
All of the players and the supports staff are amazed to be in the picturesque city of Queenstown. However, they are also focusing on playing some good cricket against the hosts.

"I have been here several times. It feels good to bowl in New Zealand," Rubel told Shoriful.
"Most of the wickets in New Zealand are sporting and helpful for the batsman. But if a bowler can bowl according to a good plan and in the right areas, he can taste success."
Rubel played 10 international matches across the formats in New Zealand before and bagged 17 wickets with a five-wicket haul in Test conceding 166 runs. In his five ODIs in New Zealand, Rubel scalped five wickets – the best being taking two for 68 runs.

"I always try to give my best for the team. I will give my 100% whenever I get a chance in future as well. I will keep my memory of doing well against New Zealand," Rubel said.
The right-arm pacer played 13 ODIs against New Zealand and bagged 22 wickets with a five-wicket haul (6/26).
"I will focus on bowling in the right areas with the right length," Shoriful said as he was interviewed by Rubel.

"It is my first tour to New Zealand with the national team," Shoriful said. "The wicket seems to be very sporting. I think we should care more about the line and length here."
After the New Zealand tour, the Tigers will tour Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series which is part of the World Test Championship. However, the schedule of the Sri Lanka tour is yet to be finalised.
