Bangladesh pacers Rubel Hossain and Shoriful are confident of doing well in the challenging limited-over series against the Blackcaps in their backyard.

Bangladesh right-arm pacer Rubel Hossain is eyeing the upcoming Sri Lanka series for a possible Test comeback. The 30-year-old pacer was recalled for the format in Rawalpindi, Pakistan earlier this year. But he was subsequently overlooked for the one-off Test against Zimbabwe at home.

Bangladesh pace-bowler Rubel Hossain extended helping hand to the poor people of his own district Bagerhat. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many people have been left stranded in his district. 

Expressing his unhappiness with the county’s politicians, Bangladesh pacer Rubel Hossain has said why they are not going to the doorsteps of the poor people with food as they are unable to work due to the nationwide shutdown following the coronavirus outbreak.

Bangladeshi pacers chipped away with the new balls in the third day morning session of the ongoing Rawalpindi Test against hosts Pakistan, taking four wickets conceding 78 runs in the session.
