Two top officials of Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) made a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Gonobhaban on Wednesday ahead of the 13th South Asian Games.
President of BOA and Army chief Gen Aziz Ahmed and General Secretary Syed Shahed Reza made the courtesy call on the Prime Minister at Gonobhaban on Wednesday.
During the call on, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was apprised of the overall preparation of Bangladesh squad for the 13th South Asian Games to be held at Kathmandu and Pokhra in Nepal.
She was also apprised about the planning of organising ‘Bangabandhu Bangladesh Games’ from April 1 to April 10 next year in Dhaka marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheukh Mujibur Rahman.
At this time, the Prime Minister sought the success of the Bangladesh team and assured to extend all cooperation to organise the Bangbandhu Bangladesh Games
