The centre was launched at Jamuna Future Park on Thursday.
Actor and “Face of realme Bangladesh” Arifin Shuvoo inaugurated the sales and service centre along with realme Bangladesh Manager Tim Shao, and Jamuna Group Director Dr Mohammed Alamgir Alam.

The sales and service centre will stay open from 11:00am to 8:00pm every day except for Wednesday.
Realme is offering one-hour service for specific problems, no service charge for a lifetime, free washing, cleaning, free software update and live handset repair support at its exclusive service centre.

Arifin Shuvoo said, “A survey from Counterpoint Research suggests that realme has become one of the top four mobile brands of Bangladesh in less than one year. We hope to become the top in the industry soon.”
As a youth-centric brand, realme is committed to introducing innovative devices. Recently, the brand created its designer toy realmeow – co-designed by Mark A Walsh, a world-famous animator, and realme.
