Police recovered the body of a farmer from Jhorgaccha village in Tala upazila on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Dulal Chandra Gosh, 50, son of Padmo Chandra Gosh.

Locals spotted the body in the morning and informed police.

Later police recovered the body, said Wahid Morshed, officer-in-charge of Patkelghata Police Station.

There were several injury marks on its head, face and thorat, added the OC.
