State minister for ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak has visited the Microsoft firm in USA’s San Francisco, according to a message here on Friday.
During his visit on Thursday, he observed hardware, software, innovations of the tech giant, their activities and exchanged views with the Microsoft team.

During the exchange of views with senior members of the team, he learned about the initiatives developed for public-private organizations, artificial intelligence (AI) services and the challenges.
Senior Director of Microsoft AI Services Salman Kazi, Bangladesh Country Manager Imtiaz Farooq and executives from the Asia-Pacific region were present during his visit.
