Kurigram, Oct 6 (UNB) - Police arrested 30 men accused in various cases and recovered 2,883 yaba pills in drives in the district from Saturday midnight till Sunday morning.
Kurigram police chief Mohammad Mohibul Islam Khan said the people should come forward to resist drug dealers from using the district as a route.
Five of those arrested had arrest warrants against them and 13 were accused in regular cases.
