Bangladesh are batting first against Zimbabwe in their third match of the competition in Brisbane. Soumya Sarkar fell for a duck in the match. Liton Das came in at three and scored 14 off 12 balls.
After that, Shakib joined Shanto in the third-wicket stand. While Shakib fell for 23, Shanto hit a 50 off 45 balls, but together they constructed a 50-odd run stand. This is the first time Bangladesh and Zimbabwe are taking on each other in the T20 World Cup.
