March 2025 is set to bring a wave of exciting smartphone launches, from cutting-edge flagships to feature-packed budget models. As brands continue to push the boundaries of innovation, consumers can expect powerful upgrades in performance, camera technology, and battery life — often at surprisingly competitive prices. Here’s a look at the most anticipated smartphone releases this month.

Top Smartphones Coming in March 2025

Infinix Note 50

Infinix is launching its highly anticipated Note 50 smartphone series in March. Except for the series’ release date on March 2, 2025, everything about its specifications is kept secret. A glance at its design showcased in an official teaser revealed a uniquely designed camera module and the infusion of the latest AI features. Some other features, like 9mm thickness, support for NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, and a 45W charging system, came out during the series' FCC certification.

Nothing Phone 3(a) Series

Nothing, the smartphone brand that has garnered instant attention since its launch, will commence its third series of smartphones, Nothing Phone 3(a), on March 3, 2025. As per the mass anticipation, the series will present two flagship phones: the Nathing Phone 3a and Nothing Phone 3a Pro.

A teaser from the brand has revealed a triple-camera setup on the phone’s anterior with room for a periscope shooter. The setup will be surrounded by three Glyph LEDs, and the rear panel of the phone will be glass-made. The series will serve with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC chipset and Nothing’s top-of-the-line operating system, the Nothing OS 3.

TECHNO Camon 40 Series

March 3, 2025, will mark the new arrival of TECNO's Camon 40 series. While the company hasn’t unveiled much about the features of the new series, it has hinted at a camera-focused design. The phone brings a dedicated camera button for a one-tap zero-delay response. TECNO also acknowledged a MediaTek chipset assisted by a TECNO AI module running on the phone.

iQOO Neo 10R

The latest of iQOO’s famous Neo series, the iQOO Neo 10R, will arrive on Mar. 11, 2025. Painted in two distinct color variations—Raging Blue and MoonKnight Titanium—the phone will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC processor and a blazing 144Hz touch-responsive AMOLED screen.

A powerful 6,400mAh battery, accompanied by an 80W charger, will come along with the phone. A dual-camera setup consisting of a 50MP wide and an 8MP ultrawide shooter will be given, while the selfie camera will be a 16MP lens.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Series

The next high-end venture from tech giant Xiaomi, the Xiaomi 25 Ultra series, is rumored to hit the market in March. The phone will boast powerful features like a 3nm Qualcomm SM8750-AB

Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, Adreno 830 GPU, and an exciting camera panel engraved with a 50MP wide, 50MP ultrawide, 50MP telephoto, and a 200MP periscope telephoto sensor. While the 32MP selfie camera will add more to the smartphone’s prowess, the AMOLED display may be a deal-breaker in its budget segment.

OPPO Find X8 Ultra and Mini

A two-way inclusion in the OPPO Find X8 series will take place in March as OPPO announces the release of the OPPO Find X8 Ultra and the OPPO Find X8 Mini.

Beyond midrange, both smartphones will unpack state-of-the-art technologies. The Find X8 Ultra will feature a 6.82-inch 120Hz display, the top-of-the-line 3nm Snapdragon Elite, a 50MP quad camera setup, and a massive 5910mAh battery. On the other hand, the Find X8 Mini will sport a 6.3-inch monitor, a Dimensity 9400 processor, a 50MP triple camera setup, and a 5600mAh battery.

OnePlus 13 Mini (OnePlus 13T)

The OnePlus 13 Mini, a compact minimal smartphone packed with powerful yet moderate features, will launch in March, extending the OnePlus 13 series. It will be the world’s first mini smartphone to use the 3nm Snapdragon 8 elite chipset and a 6000mAh Silicon Carbon battery. It will have a 6.3-inch display—similar to the Google Pixel 9—and boast a primary camera setup consisting of a 50MP wide and a 50MP telephoto shooter.

vivo T4x 5G

After the recent launch of the vivo Y29, vivo is about to unveil yet another budget-friendly smartphone, the vivo T4x, in March. In an announcement, the renowned smartphone company teased the phone, tagging an imminent release.

Officially not much has been revealed about the phone’s specifications but hints from reliable sources ensure a giant 6500mAh battery, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC processor, and a 6.7-inch HD+ 120Hz touch responsive monitor. Pulling a major overhaul over the previous vivo T3x, the T4x will continue Vivo’s legacy in the cheap smartphone market.

realme 14 Pro Lite

The realme 14 Pro family will get a new member, the realme 14 Pro lite, in March. The phone will boast a textured rear panel on which a circular camera module will house a 50MP wide, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, a 6.7-inch Curved OLED display protected by a Gorilla Glass 7i will hold a 32 MP selfie camera in a punch-hole near the top. A Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC chipset will run the phone, giving a well-worth performance.

Samsung Galaxy M16 and Galaxy M06

Packed with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, two mid-budget models from Samsung—the Galaxy M16 and the Galaxy M06—are ready for their March release in India.

The Galaxy M16 will showcase an AMOLED display, differing from the Galaxy M06, which will use an LCD panel. Apart from the processor and 25W peak charging capacity, these two models will diverge in most features, including design and camera.
