Walton has started a countrywide mobile fest to create awareness about the purchase of legal and registered mobile phones made in Bangladesh and promote the company's phones.
The month-long mobile fest started in the capital's Kamrangir Char on November 17.

Wasik Jahan Eshan, the marketing coordinator of Walton Mobile, said: "International-standard handsets are now being manufactured in Bangladesh with advanced technologies and the latest features. These phones are being registered following the direction of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC)."
The ongoing mobile fest is trying to raise awareness among people so that they purchase and use registered and valid handsets, according to a media statement.
