Pay industrial workers within April 16: State Minister
State Minister for Labour and Employment Munnujan Sufian on Monday directed all industry owners to pay the salary of March to their workers within April 16.
“Legal action will be taken if any owner fails to follow the directive,” she said in a statement on Monday.
The government declared general holidays to tackle the spread of coronavirus, bringing economic activities to almost a halt.
