A man was reportedly stabbed to death by his son at Talebpara area in Mohonpur upazila of Rajshahi on Monday morning over land dispute.

A retired bank official was killed allegedly by his son at Kolabagan area of sadar upazila on Friday night.   The deceased was identified as Alef Khan, 67, a retired official of Janata Bank and resident of the area.   Family members alleged that Jahangir Alam Khan used to torture his father for money, said Md Rashid Ahmmed, officer-in-charge of Khagrachhari Sadar Police Station.
