Dry weather likely in most parts of country
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies over the country in 24 hours, starting from 9 am on Monday, said Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
According to the daily weather bulletin, “Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies over the country.”
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it said.

The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 13.3 degrees Celsius in Tentulia upazila of Panchgarh district and the highest temperature was recorded at 34.5 degrees Celsius in Khepupara of Patuakhali district and Kumarkhali of Kushtia district.

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies across the country in 24 hours, starting from 9 am today, said Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
According to the regular weather bulletin, "Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies over the country, with chances of rain or thunder showers at one or two places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and the districts of Kishoregonj and Brahmanbaria."
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during early morning, it said.
Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.

The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 16.5 degrees Celsius in Tetulia and the highest temperature was recorded at 35.3 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi, Chuadanga districts and Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia district.
A trough of westerly low lies over West Bengal and adjoining areas. Seasonal low lies over South Bay.

Weather may remain mainly dry in most parts of the country in 24 hours commencing 9 am on Sunday as monsoon is weak over North Bay.
“Light rain accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at one or two places over Chattogram division and weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,” said a Met Office bulletin.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Meanwhile, a low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and adjoining area in next three days, it added.
The mercury reached 34.7 degrees Celsius – the highest – in Bhola of Barishal division while the minimum temperature was recorded at 21.1 degrees in Tetulia of Rangpur division, in 24 hours till 6am on Sunday.

Mild cold wave grips parts of Bangladesh
A mild cold wave is sweeping Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Kurigram, Chuadanga and Moulvibazar districts, said the Bangladesh Metrological Department on Monday.
“The cold wave may abate in some places on Monday. Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during midnight to morning,” said a Met office bulletin.

Besides, weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.
The lowest temperature of the country was recorded at 8.7 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division on Sunday while the maximum temperature was recorded at 30.2 degrees in Teknaf of Cox’s Bazar district, according to the bulletin.
