Fair Electronics has won the President's Industrial Development Award.  Fair Group Director Mutassim Daiaan received the award from Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun at a ceremony in Dhaka Thursday. Twenty industrial companies received the award in six categories for their contribution to the economy, including setting up of industries in the private sector, production of goods, and employment generation. Fair Electronics has established its industrial factory at Shibpur, Narsingdi. They are producing smartphones and consumer electronics products for Samsung.

Fair Electronics Limited has received the National Productivity and Quality Excellence Award, 2022 from the Ministry of Industries. Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun handed over the award in a grand ceremony at a city hotel on Sunday, said a media release. Kazi Nasir Uddin, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fair Group received the award on behalf of Fair Electronics. Through this, Fair Electronics achieved recognition by the government as the best manufacturing company in the country. State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Majumder and Senior Vice President of FBCCI Mostafa Azad Chowdhury Babu attended the ceremony as the special guests. On the eve of national VAT day (10 December) Fair Group concern Fair Electronics awarded nationally highest VAT payer in the manufacturer category for the fiscal year 2018-2019 by National Board of Revenue (NBR).
