Newly-appointed Secretary General of Bimstec Tenzin Lekphell on Wednesday highly appreciated Bangladesh’s socioeconomic development under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The 12th anniversary of the atrocious carnage at the  Pilkhana BDR (now BGB) headquarters in the capital will be observed  on Thursday.
