Rangpur Rangers ended their Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) campaign with a victory over Dhaka Platoon at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Rajshahi Royals took a solo lead in the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 Cricket beating Rangpur Rangers by 30 runs in the opening Sylhet phase match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium here on Thursday.

Right-arm pacer Taskin Ahmed aimed to cement his place in the national team in the new year of 2020. The 24-year-old pacer played only two games since January 2018.

Rangpur Rangers picked up their second win in the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BBPL) after thumping Sylhet Thunder by seven wickets with 16 balls to spare at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur.

After a one-day gap, Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) resumed as Khulna Tigers won the toss and sent Rangpur Rangers bat first at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Friday. 

Afghanistan batsman Mohammad Shahzad guided Rangpur Rangers to a challenging total of 181 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs against Cumilla Warriors in the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) on Wednesday at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
