A 15-year-old madrasa student died after a train hit him at Jhikargacha upazila of Jashore on Thursday. The accident happened at the Kaoria Rail Gate area of the upazila, said Jhikargachha Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Bablur Rahman Khan. Wasir was severely injured by the Benapole-bound train while crossing the Kaoria Rail Gate on his way to attend a madrasa exam, said his family. Legal action would be taken following an investigation, said the OC.
