The High Court on Tuesday directed to appoint 17 teachers who were registered by the Non-Government Teachers' Registration & Certification Authority (NTRCA) within three months.
The bench of Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif and Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman passed the order after hearing a writ petition filed by the teachers.
Advocate Syed Md Jahangir Hossain stood for the petitioners while Advocate Anisur Rahman represented the NTRCA.
Jahangir Hossain the writ was filed as many teachers yet to get appointment despite passing from the NTRCA which goes against the law.
