Parts of Bangladesh will be hit by light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind, the Met Office forecasted on Friday.
In its 24-hour forecast starting 9am, the Met Office said, showers and gusty wind may sweep over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and few places in Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy fall at places and hails at isolated places.

A trough of low lies over West Bengal and adjoining western parts of Bangladesh while a seasonal low lies over South Bay, it said.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged all over the country.
