Chief Metropolitan Magistrate AM Julfikar Hayat issued an order over the matter in the afternoon.
Md Sorafuzzaman Ansari would be the Judge of Virtual Court-1, Sadbir Yasir Ahsan Chowdhury would be Judge of Virtual Court-2, Debdas Chandra Adhikari and Rajesh Chowdhury would be Judges of Virtual Court-3 and 4 respectively.
All the Police Stations of Dhaka Metropolitan City have been split into four sections under four judges.
Four email addresses and e-filing links were given to file bail applications.
Besides, for Dhaka District another two virtual courts were formed which will be operated by Judicial Magistrate Md Moniruzzaman Sikdar and Judge Rajib Hasan.
The bail applications have to file through e-fling and e-mail, said Dhaka Bar Association President Iqbal Hossain.
Metropolitan Sessions Judge KM Imrul Kayes and District and Session Court Judge Helal Chowdhury would also hear the bail pleas through virtual court, he said.
But no bail application was submitted to any Virtual Court so far, he added.
Earlier, the High Court on Sunday formed three separate benches for hearing urgent cases virtually during the ongoing holidays to tackle the spread of coronavirus.
It also directed the subordinate court concerned to hear cases related to emergency bail through virtual presence using technology during the ongoing holidays.
These practice directions were published on the Supreme Court website this evening.
An ordinance was promulgated on Sunday (today) allowing courts to run trial proceedings through videoconferences and other digital facilities. President Abdul Hamid promulgated the ordinance.

Later, the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued a gazette notification, saying that it will take immediate effect.
