National Women's Handball begins in Narail Tuesday


The Exim Bank National Women's Handball Championship will begin on Tuesday at the Bir Shreshtha Nur Mohammad Stadium in Narail.

Narail District Sports Association has organised the meet with the support of Bangladesh Handball Federation.

Former Bangladesh national cricket team captain and lawmaker of Narail 2 constituency Mashrafe Bin Mortaza will be the chief guest at the inaugural function of the 12-team national women's handball meet.

Exim Bank Director Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Sirajul Islam will inaugurate the four-day competition.

Host Narail will lock horns with Panchagarh in the opening match.
