With the day’s maiden draw in the league, Police FC toppled the Federation Cup runners-up Saif SC collecting seven points from five matches with two wins, one draw and two defeats while the old Dhaka outfit Rahmatganj MFS remained at the 9th slot securing five points from six matches with one win, two draw and three defeats.
Federation Cup champions Bashundhara Kings comfortable dominated the league with all-win record securing full 15 points, Sheikh Russel KC followed the leaders obtaining 13 points from five matches each while Sheikh Jamal DC were in the 3rd place with all-win run securing full 12 points four outings, playing one match less.

In the day’s keenly contested match, both the teams played with attack and counter attack and managed few scoring chances, but failed.
Police custodian saved castle brilliantly foiling an attempt Rahmatganj Ivorian forward Christ Remi in the 25th minute by his 2nd attempt.
In the 29th minute, Ivorian forward of Police Ballo Famoussa failed to beat Ratmatganj goalie at his mercy that went outside.

Uttar Baridhara Club will play Dhaka Mohammedan SC at 3 pm at their home venue Shaheed Ahsanullah Master Stadium in Tongi, league leader Bashumdhara Kings will encounter Chittagong Abahani at 3:30 pm while Dhaka Abahani will play Muktijoddha Sangsad KC at 6 pm, both at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here.
