X70 Pro incorporates four legendary camera lenses co-engineered with ZEISS, a globally leading manufacturer of optics and lenses, which has been in the industry for over 175 years.
The phone comes with premium-grade professional camera lenses such as Biotar, Distagon, Planar, and Sonnar, to deliver a professional photography experience to creative professionals and cinematographers.

The phone is now available in Bangladesh in Cosmic Black and Aurora Brown colours for Tk72,990, according to a media statement.

Vivo expands online, in-store services
Global smartphone brand Vivo has expanded the reach of its online and in-store services in Bangladesh to enhance customer experience.
Following the Benfen philosophy, the brand has been expanding its services in Bangladesh since its inception more than three and a half years ago.

"We believe in supporting customers at every step of their smartphone journey, with a strong focus on after-sales service," Reasat Ahmed, assistant manager of vivo Bangladesh, said.
Vivo now has 20 active service centres, two exclusive stores in Dhaka and the rest across Bangladesh, including Narayangonj, Savar, Gazipur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Kishoreganj, Sylhet, Bogura, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Jashore, Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Cumilla, Chattogram, and Cox's Bazar.

Also, vivo services can be accessed easily through on-call support, Facebook, and email. Customers get a response to their email queries within 24 hours, according to a media statement.

Vivo world's second-fastest growing 5G smartphone brand: Report
Global smartphone brand vivo has become the second-fastest growing 5G smartphone brand globally in Q1 2021, jumping 62% quarter-on-quarter.
"Vivo was the second-fastest growing 5G smartphone vendor in Q1 2021, jumping 62% quarter-on-quarter to 19 million units shipped, driven by its iQOO U3 5G and U7 5G smartphones," Ville-Petteri Ukonaho, associate director of Strategy Analytics, said.

Adopting a forward-looking strategy, vivo has made significant investments in research and development and has rolled out a succession of 5G mobile phones, including iQOO Pro 5G, NEX 3 5G, and the X30 series.
Ken Hyers, director of Strategy Analytics, said: "Global 5G smartphone shipments grew 6% quarter-on-quarter and hit a record 136 million units during the first quarter of 2021. We forecast global 5G smartphone shipments to reach a record 624 million units for the full-year 2021, soaring from 269 million in full-year 2020."

Vivo to launch 20 more service centres
Smartphone maker vivo is set to launch 20 more service centres in Bangladesh, which will take the number to 40.
Customers can now get service within an hour from vivo 20 service centres in Dhaka, Chattagram, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal, Bogura, Narayangonj, Narsingdi, Sylhet, Cumilla, Gazipur, Rajshahi, Savar, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Patuakhali, and Tangail.

The use and demand for smartphones have increased amid the ongoing pandemic. Responding to the higher demands for service, vivo has announced its plans to ramp up the number of its service centre facilities.
Vivo also plans to launch a country-wide 24/7 operational courier management service. This service will ensure that vivo smartphones and accessories can reach remote areas of the country.

Also, to ensure uninterrupted service during the lockdown, vivo brand stores have been turned into temporary pick up points. Customers can drop their devices off at these stores and get them back from there after service.

Vivo X60 Pro available in Bangladesh with gimbal stabilisation
Global smartphone brand vivo has recently released the Gimbal-equipped phone vivo X60 Pro for the Bangladesh market.
Professional photographers use Gimbal stabilisers to capture steady and perfect photographs.
Other than the Gimbal stabilisation, the X60 Pro features cameras fitted with 7P lenses made by German optical system manufacturer Carl ZEISS – renowned for being the top choice for film making cameras.
