Chinese Ambassador in Dhaka Li Jiming has attended the award ceremony of “2020 Bangladesh-China Poster Design Competition for Fighting COVID-19” hosted by the Embassy of China in Dhaka, and met representatives of the winners.

Health Minister Zahid Maleque on Sunday said China, where the deadly coronavirus first emerged, has assured Bangladesh of extending all kinds of assistance in fight against Covid-19.

President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) Sheikh Fazle Fahim on Sunday urged China to stand by Bangladeshi businessmen to tackle the coronavirus situation.
