With this victory, Mohammedans not only maintained their all-win run as the lone team in the ongoing league but also dominated the league comfortably securing full 21 points from straight seven matches.
After the 2nd defeat in seven matches, the old Dhaka outfit Rahmatganj MFS further went down in the league race with 15 points while the Gopibagh team Brothers Union are in 3rd slot, bagging 14 points, playing seven matches each.
Last season’s treble winners Bashundhara Kings and six times champions Dhaka Abahani limited are struggling at the 4th and 5th place respectively with 13 points each, playing seven and six matches.
